Our NHS Yes Campaign is about protecting local NHS. We have had some great news with promises that both A&E and Maternity will be safeguarded at Hexham Hospital as well as planning permission for a brand new hospital in Haltwhistle.
The local Lib Dem County Council promised to make money available for crucial repairs to QEHS and Haydon Bridge, this is our campaign to make sure they deliver.
Ponteland and Darras Hall are at risk from over development. There are currently two further developments in the pipepline which could see thousands of extra houses built on the greenbelt and farmland around Ponteland.
Guy is a leading supporter of the campaign stop the Air Ambulence having to pay VAT on fuel. Guy secured a debate on the issue on the House of Commons on 5th July.
Guy launched his campaign for a fair deal for British Farmers after the recent dramatic drop in Milk Prices.
